Tips for us to better serve you
Check with your Vet that your pets vaccinations
are up to date. For the best protection, the shots
should be given 2 weeks prior to boarding.
If not able to ,do them before you board.
Please make your Holiday Boarding Reservations early
You will be asked to make a $50.00 deposit per pet
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
* deposite goes toward the boarding balance
All your shipping reservations should be made
at the least one\ week before your flight
Make plans ahead to avoid unexpected costs to you
Pets can not be shipped until all cost are paid in full
Grooming Appointments should be made ASAP
we have a lot of standing appointments and
it is hard to fit you in when you call same day
If you cancel same day of the appointment
or boarding reservation we have the right to ask
that you to pay in full for the next appointment/reservation
