Airline reservations are made with an emphasis on safety and strategy.  Climatic conditions, type of aircraft, and air kennel specifications in accordance with IATA regulations are all considered before booking a flight.

All documentation requirements are made available for both domestic and international pet shipping.
    Proper documentation can mean the difference between receiving your pet with the least delay or getting into a
quagmire of difficulties.  We make sure that you and your pet are reunited ASAP!

  All pets, when possible, should have a microchip.  Ask your veterinarian to make sure that the chip is ISO compliant if you plan an international trip.  Most international destinations require microchips.  Make sure that the chip can be scanned by your veterinarian; sometimes they are absorbed by the pet or they may have a defect.  We make sure that the chip scan matches the microchip number on the pet's documentation.

 Our local airports are Miami International, Fort Lauderdale International and Palm Beach International.  This gives us a unique advantage for shipping to the Caribbean and Latin America.  Our experience has been counted on by many pet owners as well as professional pet shippers to get pets to these countries.  We have shipped pets to Panama, Cosa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala and Ecuador.  We save time and inconvenience with our knowledge of Caribbean countries like St. Kitts and Nevis, the Cayman Island, Dominica, Grenada and many more.

Temperature restrictions and flight availability can cause pet shipping problems to these countries. 
    We have working relationships with servicing air carriers that often bypass these issues safely.  With help from the air carriers, we have arranged pre-clearance with Customs and Ministries of Agriculture officials for after hours arrivals due to flight schedule realities and flight delays.  We are "Quick on our Feet".
